About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Associate / Manager to help run and scale our operational backbone. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, holds a high bar for precision, and knows how to manage remote teams with rigor and discipline.

You’ll be responsible for making sure the trains run on time—every day—while constantly improving the tracks beneath them.

You’ll be responsible for making sure the trains run on time—every day—while constantly improving the tracks beneath them.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor day-to-day operational workflows that support our healthcare automation platform
  • Manage overseas contractors and vendors, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and to spec
  • Build and maintain SOPs for repeatable tasks and edge-case handling
  • Track performance metrics and enforce SLAs across operations
  • Identify bottlenecks or breakdowns and propose structured solutions
  • Collaborate with Product and Eng
  • Support onboarding, QA, and training for new operators or vendors

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in operations, project management, healthcare delivery, or other process-driven environments
  • Have managed remote or overseas teams and know how to maintain accountability across time zones
  • Obsess over details and believe "done right" is non-negotiable
  • Think in systems and constantly look for ways to simplify and scale what’s working
  • Are calm under pressure and excellent at triaging fast-moving situations
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, and automation platforms
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, specialty medications, or a regulated industry

2. Member has a current LDL-C level greater than or equal to 100 mg/dL.

3. Member is receiving maximally tolerated statin therapy or has acontraindication or intolerance to statin therapy.
