About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations and Quality Lead to help run and scale our operational backbone. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, holds a high bar for precision, and knows how to manage remote teams with rigor and discipline.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the trains run on time—every day—while constantly improving the tracks beneath them.
Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will work directly with leadership to drive execution across Lamar’s highest-priority initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives
- Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Improve internal processes, communication, and alignment
- Support key partnerships, fundraising, and operations
- Act as a force multiplier across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years in consulting, startups, or high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving and operational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
