Role Overview
The Data Scientist will develop and improve the AI models that power Lamar’s automation across healthcare workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Build and train models for document parsing, classification, and workflow automation
• Analyze large healthcare datasets to uncover insights and improve performance
• Work closely with engineering to deploy models into production
• Continuously evaluate and improve model accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to experimentation and benchmarking efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI
• Experience working with unstructured data (documents, PDFs, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
