Role Overview
The Enterprise Growth Lead will own sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value partnerships with specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, and health systems.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close
- Develop ROI-driven proposals and pricing strategies
- Partner with leadership on GTM strategy and expansion
- Identify new verticals and growth channels
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in enterprise sales or partnerships (healthcare preferred)
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong storytelling and value-based selling skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
