About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations and Quality Lead to help run and scale our operational backbone. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, holds a high bar for precision, and knows how to manage remote teams with rigor and discipline.

You’ll be responsible for making sure the trains run on time—every day—while constantly improving the tracks beneath them.

Role Overview
The Enterprise Growth Lead will own sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value partnerships with specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, and health systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close
  • Develop ROI-driven proposals and pricing strategies
  • Partner with leadership on GTM strategy and expansion
  • Identify new verticals and growth channels

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales or partnerships (healthcare preferred)
  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong storytelling and value-based selling skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
