Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer at Lamar, you will build and scale the systems powering AI-driven automation across intake, benefits verification, and prior authorization.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend
• Integrate APIs, EHRs, and third-party healthcare systems
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to productionize models
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Contribute to product architecture and technical direction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node, Python)
• Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
• Bonus: healthcare or HIPAA-compliant system experience
