About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations and Quality Lead to help run and scale our operational backbone. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, holds a high bar for precision, and knows how to manage remote teams with rigor and discipline.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the trains run on time—every day—while constantly improving the tracks beneath them.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer at Lamar, you will build and scale the systems powering AI-driven automation across intake, benefits verification, and prior authorization.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend
- Integrate APIs, EHRs, and third-party healthcare systems
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to productionize models
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Contribute to product architecture and technical direction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node, Python)
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
- Bonus: healthcare or HIPAA-compliant system experience
