About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations and Quality Lead to help run and scale our operational backbone. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, holds a high bar for precision, and knows how to manage remote teams with rigor and discipline.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the trains run on time—every day—while constantly improving the tracks beneath them.
Role Overview
This role focuses on building partnerships with pharma and life sciences companies to improve patient access and therapy initiation through automation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop strategy for engaging pharma manufacturers and hub services
- Identify opportunities to improve patient onboarding and time-to-therapy
- Collaborate with product to tailor solutions for life sciences use cases
- Support pilot programs and enterprise partnerships
- Translate Lamar’s capabilities into pharma-relevant outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in pharma, hubs, or patient services
- Strong understanding of patient access and reimbursement workflows
- Experience working with specialty pharmacy ecosystems
- Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
