About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations and Quality Lead to help run and scale our operational backbone. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, holds a high bar for precision, and knows how to manage remote teams with rigor and discipline.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the trains run on time—every day—while constantly improving the tracks beneath them.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Payor Strategy Lead to drive Lamar’s engagement with health plans and PBMs. This role will shape how we position our automation platform to reduce friction in prior authorization, improve approval rates, and accelerate patient access.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute Lamar’s payor partnership strategy (PBMs, health plans, risk-bearing entities)
- Identify opportunities to reduce PA friction and improve approval pathways
- Collaborate with product and engineering to align workflows with payor requirements
- Support enterprise deals by articulating value to payor stakeholders
- Analyze trends in denials, approvals, and policy changes to inform strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years working with payors, PBMs, or reimbursement strategy
- Deep understanding of prior authorization and specialty pharmacy workflows
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and GTM teams
